No Problem

No toast for your pb? No problem! Here’s one of our favorite recipes with our leftover Crunchy Peanut Butter 😋:
125g Blueboots Crunchy PB.
2 cloves of garlic.
2-5pcs of bird’s eye chili.
1/2 tsp shrimp paste/belacan (omit this ingredient if making vegetarian gado-gado).
1/2 tamarind pulp.
1/2 tsp lime.
1/2 tbsp light soysauce (Coconut Aminos or Tamarin for gluten-free option).
1 cup of hot water.
Salt to taste.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
