What does Blueboots Farm offer differently?
As we’re trying to supply good, locally sourced, organic, sustainable food products we offer both fresh produce and ready-to-eat products. Our fresh produce is grown organically; fertilized by our own homemade compost and plotted rotationally. Once harvested these fresh crop are cleaned and packed at our nearby processing facility. Some of the fix crops such as peanuts and kelor are then processed into (insert Blueboots peanut butter) and (insert kelor powder), whereas the rest of the seasonal crops are either sold as it is or turned in ready-to-eat products like our (insert kimchi daikon radish). As we’re continuously learning about our farm, we keep planting some side plants to experiment with, check our (insert journal) for more updates on exciting plants or produces we have at the farm.
How do I get Blueboots Farm products?
There are 2 ways to get our products:
- Visit us during our pop-up at events for more seasonal varieties
- Shop online
How do I shop online?
Simply visit our (insert shop) page and click on the products you’re interested to get more information. If you decided to try our products, simply click the ‘add to cart’ button. Once done, you can review your card by clicking (insert shopping cart icon) on the top right corner of the page. If you like to add more products, simply go back to our (insert shop) page and shop some more! If you’re happy with your cart, then click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button and follow the instructions.
How much is the shipping fee to my place?
There’s a flat shipping fee of IDR 25,000 to all locations in Jakarta
What if I life outside Jakarta?
Currently we’re working on our logistics to outside Jakarta.
I want to send it as a gift.
You can send the products directly to someone by filling in the ‘Ship to a different address’ form
When will I receive my order?
We will process and send the order once you send us a proof of transfer to (what’s the general blue boots email?). As we try to keep the products fresh, it will take a maximum 2-3 days after the order is settled.
How to check my order status?
You will receive a confirmation email after you finalized the order. If you still haven’t received it, please try checking your junk/ spam. If you still couldn’t find it please send us an email to:
I input the wrong information, how to fix it?
Simply drop us an email on your order ID and which information needs to be revised.
I need a last minute gift, can I get it today?
We might have some of the products in stock so give us an email at email@example.com to check in case we have some extras.
At the moment, we only accept bank transfer for payment. You will receive the bank details once you have placed your order.
How do you send the order?
We’re currently using Go-Jek to send your order.
What if I’m not home all day?
Please kindly put an alternative drop off station (the security post or lobby desk, etc) if you won’t be around.
What if I receive a damaged/expired product?
We’re trying our best to control the production so we’re aiming to send you only the best. We also process the product to order, to minimize waste and to make sure you get the freshest of the bunch. But if you happen to receive a damaged product please send us a photo of the product and we’ll try to fix it from there.
How do I inquire for seasonal products?
If you’re on the adventurous side, feel free to drop us an email. We love to explore the endless possibilities from the farm so we might come up with seasonal products and we’d love to hear your feedback.
Do you supply to wholesale?
Absolutely! We want to share these lovely produce, including to business owners. Please drop us an email on which items are you interested in.
